Service Description

1. All consultations will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. 2. For properties under 200sqm, the consultation will last 30 minutes. For properties under 300sqm, the consultation will last 45 minutes. For properties over 300sqm, the consultation will last 60 minutes. 3. If the consultation exceeds the allotted time, additional time will be charged at $350 per hour plus GST, pro-rated in 15-minute intervals. 4. Booking Confirmation: To avoid potential calendar syncing issues, a calendar invitation will be sent to your nominated email to finalise the booking. Please accept the invite to confirm your appointment. If necessary, we will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours of processing your order to reschedule a suitable timeslot. 5. Drawings and Assumptions: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that planning guidelines, constraints, and structural adequacy are assessed by qualified consultants or design professionals. THAM ARCHITECTS assumes that all provided drawings are accurate and correct. 6. Consultation Recommendations: Recommendations provided during the consultation are general in nature and should not be relied upon for planning approval or building consent. Clients are advised to conduct further research or seek professional consultation. Concept sketches and ideas provided are for further development for authority submission or construction purposes. 7. Layout/Design Review: The purpose of the Layout/Design Review service is to offer constructive suggestions and ideas. Clients should further discuss these recommendations with relevant professionals to assist in their decision-making process. 8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the consultation will incur a 50% charge (less any applicable processing fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation will not be refunded. 9. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy. Any personal information or project details shared during consultations will be used solely for the purpose of providing architectural services and marketing materials. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 10. Rescheduling Policy: If the selected meeting time is less than 5 days after submitting the 'single consult form,' we reserve the right to reschedule the consultation. If you choose to cancel due to an unavailable or non-agreeable timeslot, our cancellation policy will still apply.
