Our single consult is a great option for reassurance. We provide a one time consultation during any stage of your project. We aim to clarify any grey areas so you can be confident and decisive.

FAQs
Q: How long is the consult?
A: The base consult is typically 60 mins* plus optional for extra time at an hourly rate, prorated at 15 min intervals.
Q: Is it online, in person or on site?
A: Our base offering is conducted online, with an optional upgrade to hold the meeting onsite with an extra 30 mins for contextual review. An in-person consultation may be arranged in Surrey Hills instead of a virtual meeting at no additional cost. Access to our home studio in Surrey Hills is limited to architectural clients, location to be decided as mutually agreed - please enquire within prior making a booking.
Q: Are online consultations as effective as in-person ones?
A: In our view, they can be more effective!
Online meetings uses Teams via collaboration mode, allowing both parties to sketch, annotate, and reference the drawing board in real-time. You can request the meeting to be recorded to recap over the next 45 days.
Q: What happens after the consultation?
A: Our goal is to help you feel more confident and clear in your decision-making. If you choose to move forward with the architectural project, we’d be happy to provide a fee proposal for your consideration. Should you decide to proceed with our services, 50% of your single consultation fee can be applied as a credit toward your next invoice.
